Taku Wa Moe

                                            How much sleep should children have?
                                                                   10-12 hours
                                                 
                               When you get hurt or get sick at night your body gets time
                                to fix your body. At this time you need to sleep for 70 hours
                                or more. If you don't let your body fix it's self and you will
                                feel bad or sleepy. That's why you need to get enough sleep
                                at night time.
