We have been learning about fractions of a setand how to create pictures using fractions. This is a work in progress but it is getting easier.

Amazon Rainforest fire

We have been doing lots of information gathering about the fire burning in the Amazon Rainforest. Once we gathered the information we learnt how to create a piece  of opinion writing. It was really good to be able to explain how I felt. 

The Amazon Rainforest is on fire! it is very bad to know it's on fire. It's bad because it is the largest rainforest in the world.

This week we got told that some of the fish are getting caught and too many fish are getting caught.

So the fish and chip shop Fush has stopped using tarakiki.
